Following the successful forward purchase of one of our key sites located in the heart of Dublin City, Fitzwilliam Real Estate has undertaken the development of a 310 room hotel on behalf of leading European Hotel Chain Motel One.

With construction currently underway, completion of this €55 million development spanning Liffey Street Upper and Middle Abbey Street is due in the next 12 months.
