Saintfield Mill

Saintfield Mills is a housing development located in the village settlement of Saintfield, County Down.  We were responsible for the purchase and development of 90 residential units on this site which lies approximately 18 miles north of Downpatrick and the same distance south of Belfast.

Saintfield benefits from being situated on a strategic road network, the A7, which runs through the town and connects Belfast to the north.
