‘Next’ Store

Located in one of Dublin’s busiest shopping destinations at 7-9 Henry Street, we were responsible for the redevelopment of this 40,000 sq ft unit before overseeing its sale to Next plc in 2018.  This new Irish flagship for the retail group has large modern floor-plates of up to 10,000 sq ft, with an extensively glazed façade giving excellent visibility into the store.

Sitting directly adjacent to the iconic Arnotts department store and opposite the Ilac Centre, the store enjoys a prime high-street presence. The area is serviced by exemplary transport links including the Luas Red line which carries approximately 35 million passengers on an annual basis.
