The former MI6 Headquarters was acquired by us in a competitive open-market process on an unconditional basis. This was an iconic building of 20 storeys which required an innovative solution. We took the project through a long and complicated planning process to secure consent for full residential conversion. This included the addition of two further storeys and a new affordable housing block to meet requirements of Westminster Council.
Having created the opportunity the residential conversion attracted considerable interest and the entire was sold to Crest Nicholson.
